Michelle Figueroa is dedicated to connecting people with the right resources and communities in Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties. As the Senior Advisor for Elder Placement Professionals, Michelle leverages her passion and expertise to represent individuals and families searching for the perfect senior living community.
After working at Cal Poly University and UCSB, she sought a career change that led her to senior living, a field where she has excelled for the past three years. Her experience has been instrumental in helping numerous families navigate the complexities of moving their loved ones into the right senior living communities across Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties.
In 2019, Michelle became the primary caregiver for her disabled, aging mother. This personal experience gave her a profound understanding of the challenges faced by caregivers and seniors alike. Inspired by her journey, Michelle is committed to finding the best fit for each individual and their family, ensuring everyone feels at home.
Michelle's mission is clear: to make the process of finding senior care as seamless and supportive as possible, drawing on her deep empathy and firsthand experience.
